Dear Punky, we do thank you for the opportunity to earn your business, and we apologize about the time spent. Just to clarify, we do have "D.A.S.H" (Dealership Assisted Shopping from Home). This is a new digital site we have developed to make the buying process much faster, including choosing a vehicle, pricing, and finalizing. All that needs to be completed in the dealership is the signing of paperwork and delivery. It appears you may have used this program, but unfortunately when you came to the dealership, the D.A.S.H. department was not aware and it appears that we caused you much unnecessary time spent. Hello, Valentin. We do regret that one of our managers didn’t conduct himself in a professional manner while explaining our processes and guidelines. Before any of our vehicles are put on the front inventory lot for sale, we are very diligent about them all going through a very thorough safety inspection. On a Toyota Certificated Vehicle, it is a requirement from Toyota Motor Sales, that a “Certification 160-Point Inspection” is completed and signed off on by our Service Manager and our Sales Manager, and turned into the manufacturer. Despite our 35-year reputation of doing business professionally, with integrity, trust, and very high customer satisfaction, we would never let a guest plug their own scanner into one of our vehicles. We should have offered for you to speak with our Technician that did the inspection on the vehicle to bring you peace of mind on the vehicles condition. We would never have a vehicle on our lot with “any codes” being sold, and we surely don’t just erase a code to sell. All codes, if any, are repaired to factory specifications. This even includes our other manufacturer vehicles that we sell.

Bobby met with your mother here at the dealership on Saturday, Dec. 14th, and they had a very insightful conversation. Bobby agreed to fully refund your mother's costs and will be sending her a check, which she approved.
