We were in the market to replace our Mazda 6 with a Camry Hybrid. Even though ALL OTHER DEALERS, including Longo in CA were asking full price or more. We went to this dealership after visiting several others and leaving disappointed. We were met by Faisel Ismael (?spelling), who directed us to Ryan Johnson. Ryan was young, enthusiastic and despite being relatively knew to Toyota knew the vehicles well. We interacted with him over the course of a few hours. We also interacted intermittently but repeatedly with the sales director Richie. Once we decided to move forward wit the purchase we worked with Jens in finance. The process took a while, but in their defense they had to find the model and color of car we wanted (Sienna XLE in Cyprus Pearl), which they did. The detailing/cleaning took a while, but that probably couldn't be helped. We paid a fair price, were dealt with openly and honestly, and were comfortable throughout the entire proceeding. I would definitely buy from them again, and appreciate how they approached things from start to finish. More

Lisa Garcia in the sales department was great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and willing to go out of her way to make the transaction as comfortable as possible for me. After I purchased the car, I called Lisa a couple of times for assistance and she took care of me right away. The finance manager, the sales manager, and the service team were all friendly and eager to please. There were absolutely no high-pressure tactics used and, in fact, it was my best ever car-buying experience. More
