My fiance and I went here to purchase a Prius. We got there and met Samba first. He went and got keys for us to test drive a 2009 Prius and then we weent inside. I wanted a newer reliable vehicle with a good warranty. Samba was being trained by Boo who took over when we got inside. We were talking about the price as we didn't want to pay the ridiculously over inflated price on the sticker and wanted a reasonable monthly payment. We were ready to purchase the 2009 when Boo said that they had a 2007 they just got in and it would be less expensive than the 2009. I was worried about the warranty since a 2007 is older than what I was looking for and we had agreed on a price for the 2009. Boo explained how the warranty on the 2009 (with about 12,000 miles on it) was not as good as the warranty on the 2007. She told us that the warranty is extended by Toyota as part of their certification program so that it is the same as a warranty on a new car. So we would be getting a 2007 at a slightly lower price with a very good warranty. Well, this was a big lie. My check engine light went on today and I had to pay $421 to replace a flow valve. When I got upset - and I didn't raise my voice or anything like that, I calmly told the service man that I had been lied to and it looked like they just didn't care. After I told him about how I was lied to instead of responding to what I had said he told me about the warranty information. When I let him know that I could tell he didn't care he went on the offensive - like I'd hurt his feelings and asked me why I thought he didn't care so I explained that he offered no solution only referred back to the warranty information. He then exclaimed how I hadn't even given him the chance to let me talk to customer service, when that was not anything he had said up to that point. He had offered no solution up until he went on the offensive. When I was leaving I could hear the men talking about me and laughing. It's incredibly shocking and upsetting to be treated so badly and with so much disrespect by a business who I am patronizing. I really just wanted to cry. More
From my first visit, until the purchase was completed, the folks at Camelback Toyota listened to me and never attempted to rush me into adeal, or put me in a car I didn't want or need. Although the transaction covered a period of 5 weeks there was never any pressure to buy, just nice friendly people willing to answer questions or find information for me. The final price was good and provided value to me and a profit so the Dealer can continue to operate a beautiful facility. I look forward to my next visit for service. More
This was not what we were expecting from a car dealership. Everyone was professional yet laid back. I can honestly say I am very happy I made the decision to come here. I purchased a new Prius and, due to the shortage of inventory because of high demand and the earthquake in Japan, there were no great deals to be made. Nonetheless, I felt the price was still fair considering the circumstances. My salesman, Kevin McInnes, and the Sales Director, Jeff Stringer, were both totally honest with me and gave me the best possible deal on both my new car and my trade in. Everything went very smoothly, and everything they told me was backed up by what actually happened. In other words, these people have integrity, and you would not be dissappointed in buying a car from them. More
I have been working with Lisa over the phone in regards to getting a newer vehicle for my family. After a few times of speaking with her she called me with the exact car I was looking for with everything I wanted in the car, it also had more accessories than I had expected. The numbers worked out perfect. She promised me a full tank of gas even though it was a used car and their policy is that it is sold with what ever is in there. She reached in her own pocket to help me out and being a single mother of two children every little bit helps. I would recommend Camelback Toyota to everyone who is in need of a newer car, whether it is pre-owned or brand new. I would only send them to Lisa though to ensure they receive the excellent and courteous service I was given. As a rule of thumb I run from car salesman especially pre-owned, however I no longer feel that way because of Lisa. I sold my old used car to an employee here and ended up looking around to see what they had available since I needed another vehicle. Vaughn was the opposite of my idea of a new car salesperson and more l looking around to see what they had available since I needed another vehicle. Vaughn was the opposite of my idea of a new car salesperson and more like a friend trying to help me find just what I was looking for. After a few days of discussing and looking around I decided to lease a new Corolla S and they gave me such a great deal. They worked so quickly (but didn't rush me) to get me driving away in my new car that day! What a cool feeling. Great overall experience and I highly recommend this dealer and Vaughn especially. More

The music was always pleasant (good mix of 80's stuff which I really like). The facility is beautiful and state of the art. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and helpful. They worked with us late on a Sunday night past closing time and worked around our dinner schedule. Absolutely love our new Prius! More

Bob's professional and very friendly manner of assistance during a follow-up call after sending us an email is the reason we came into Camelback Toyota. After visiting two other Toyota dealers close to our home and not being able to locate and/or negotiate a purchase, we decided to contact Bob again to see if he thought he could locate any vehicles similar to what we were looking for within our price range before we made the trip to his dealership which was further away from home than any of the other Toyota dealers who had responded to our internet request. He convinced us that he thought that he could help us put together a deal. Bob was great! He located a vehicle at his dealership that fit our critia and sat down with us and worked out a purchase deal that worked for all of us. All of the other employees we had contact with just as personable as he is. We were extremely happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Camelback Toyota to all Toyota shoppers! More
My husband and I specifically went to Camelback Toyota for a truck listed online. When we arrived at the dealership we asked to see the truck listed in the online add. We were taken to an entirely diffe for a truck listed online. When we arrived at the dealership we asked to see the truck listed in the online add. We were taken to an entirely different vehicle and then told that the truck we wanted to see must be somewhere else on the lot. When Bob started to help us locate the truck another salesman mumbled that the truck in the online add was in detailing and no one could view it. Immediately Bob pointed to a black truck 3 rows away and said "How about that black truck?" My husband asked for details on the black truck and made it clear that it had too many miles. We were then escorted around the detail center and back lot area for 30 minutes to find out that the original truck in the online add had been sold the day before. Then Barry introduced himself and had the nerve to ask us why we did not want to purchase the black truck without ever asking us what our needs were. When we did not act interested he made a comment that the price was too high and he was really trying to shove the black truck down our throats. We had to physically turn away and walk out the door. Beware of the Black Truck that they really want to get rid of! We will never return to this dealership. Thanks for wasting our time on a vehicle that was sold the day before! More
