I went to pick up my car and they told me to wait for Adam to bring my car keys. I waited over 30 minutes and I could see my car parked outside from the waiting area. My service advisor Samuel was rude and very unprofessional. He was saying my vehicle had problems before it was inspected and hung up on me when I called for status of my vehicle. He refused unprofessional. He was saying my vehicle had problems before it was inspected and hung up on me when I called for status of my vehicle. He refused to have a nail found in my tire and told me I would have to buy a new tire. Samuel said something to another customer in Spanish that make him laugh at I tried to call the front desk for a manager and was dump into a voice mail. Horrible service and I had to go to a tire shop after leaving the dealership, and nail did not puncture my tire. Very bad service. More
