The part I needed was ordered. I was told to make an appointment the next week to install the part. I made an appointment a couple of weeks later. Arriving on time for my appointme I was told to make an appointment the next week to install the part. I made an appointment a couple of weeks later. Arriving on time for my appointment, I waited over an hour to hear that my car was being taken in to the technician now. About 15 minutes later they said they didn't have the part. It was on backorder and had no idea when it would come in. By the time I left, I had been there an hour and a half for nothing. More

The work was done fine. It is a large facility with lots of customers coming in at the same time so it feels impersonal.
