Service was great and thankfully much faster than what I had been told when I bought the package... I was waiting less than 2.5 hours instead of the whole day. I wish there was an option to request/ reserv had been told when I bought the package... I was waiting less than 2.5 hours instead of the whole day. Car broke down three weeks after purchasing ($27k miles, 4 years old), which is crazy! Thought it may be the battery. Called servicing to set appt as I bought a warranty. Was told to have my daughter bring 4 years old), which is crazy! Thought it may be the battery. Called servicing to set appt as I bought a warranty. Was told to have my daughter bring it by 6pm. She showed up at 4:45pm. Was told it was too late now, she’d have to leave it, or bring it back tomorrow at 1pm. I specifically confirmed before she showed up that they could still take her, look at it that day. She’s a single parent. Had to find someone to pick up the baby, etc., and Uber back home. Ridiculous. More
Service at this dealer was excellent in every aspect, beginning to end. My service advisor was Jim Chase. He looked up all my past service elsewhere, explained what was found by their technicians and w beginning to end. My service advisor was Jim Chase. The experience was excellent and I will return for further service needs in the future. Would recommend Camelback Toyota and Jim Chase to anyone who needs Toyota services. More

Hybrid owners beware, qualified tech required which might add substantial wait time until tech available and completes full inspection along qit repairs... More
