I had my first free oil change done and Ryan was my adviser he was GREAT!! Very pleasant gave me a estimated wait time and was pretty accurate I was out of there in about an hour and a half GOOD JOB!! adviser he was GREAT!! I am done now We had a bad experience getting our gift card for purchasing a new car, finally did get it after threatening the manager that We were going to BBB we received it, going on 5 months after we card for purchasing a new car, finally did get it after threatening the manager that We were going to BBB we received it, going on 5 months after we bought the new car, not the way to do good business! We really thought that they would compensate us at least with a dinner at a fine restaurant for our troubles and for their incompetence but, no they did not even say that they were sorry! I just would that we never would have went to Camelback Toyota and would have went to our local dealership in Prescott. So see, you really don't want a recommendation from me, because you won't get it! How about the next time we have to come for oil change, you replace the valve stem cover your team misplaced! Incompetent! More
