purchased 1st car, had issues and inspection wasn’t done correctly. Requested to switch different car, got 2nd car and the windshield needed to be replaced and car needed detail, so they kept car for 3 days correctly. Requested to switch different car, got 2nd car and the windshield needed to be replaced and car needed detail, so they kept car for 3 days without replacing windshield and no detail done. Let me drive off the lot with cracked windshield, but had to bring car back because issue with gas meter. Kept car for 4 days, they only replaced windshield, no detail done or meter replaced because they had to order part. Any service done on the car would not have been prioritized if I had not called Toyota corporate. Windshield looks good but still awaiting service on the vehicle for the gas meter and detail. More
