They did the oil change as they always do which is great. the service tech cleaned off my battery terminals but lost one of the plastic rubber covers that goes on top. I know it was there as I’ve owned this More

3 hours to do a regular maintenance/oil change. And 5.5 hours to do brakes . We even got to our appointments early. More
