Unprofessional and lazy. I have had taken in the past for a warranty issue and was told to take it to dealer I bought it from when I got there for my appointment. I tried them again a few months later out of convenience for break screeching issue. First the service advisor that booked my appointment was off the day of my appointment so they “squeeze” me in. They could not duplicate sound but it was there when I was pulling out of the lot. Also got “fail” on alignment that was done about 5K miles ago and is on record with Toyota. They just think because I am a woman they can get one over on me. More
