Was not very helpful, did not help in providing info on packing for maintenance or phone numbers, no snacks, thank God for the fee water. Was recommended an oil package but my card didn't even need and oil packing for maintenance or phone numbers, no snacks, thank God for the fee water. Was recommended an oil package but my card didn't even need and oil change yet, also wait time was about 1:30 WITH an appt??!! More
