I showed up couple minutes early to my appointment, I drove up to services and waited for 10 minutes and no one stopped to check on my when they all could see me. I had to call toyota while sitting in toyota services. Then i asked the guy i wanted the same package i had last time for my oil change and he says ok. But at the checkout i find out the price is doubled without telling me. Also the guy helped had left and someone else took over. And at that point they couldn't cancel the package and i had to pay over $360 while the package was about $200 before, although i believe it still is that much at Avondale toyota. Too bad this location is close to my work otherwise i would never come here. Never had a good experience ever. They even wash my car at Avondale. At camelback location im lucky if they don't forget about me. More
My Prius had the water pump go bad on the freeway. The maintainance department got me in and assessed the problem and fixed it with no problem. I also had them do other maintenance at the same time. My nine year old Avalon Hybrid needed a few maintenance updates, and my service representative, Cesar Ojeda, gave me an accurate estimate of time and cost. He has professionally helped me for a few years now, and always sincerely works to optimize the service outcome. Cesar cannot do anything about the 3% fee for use of a credit card, which is the only thing at Camelback Toyota that seems out of character. More
