Great job, the only suggestion for future is to call when the car is finished. Also, for management, it would be great to have a free car service for anyone that lives within x miles. I used to get that through Honda service and it was fantastic. In addition, I received an email pdf that freaked me out with the cost. It would have been better to receive an email breakdown after the breakdown with Scott who assured me the email i received was not what I would be taking care of. More
