Camelback Toyota sold me a new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. We immediately had problems with the front camera. The camera would malfunction and subsequently cruise control and many of the safety features would We immediately had problems with the front camera. The camera would malfunction and subsequently cruise control and many of the safety features would not work. Took into dealership to have fixed, got the car back and within 15 minutes had the same issue. Repeated this several times, they could never fix it and refused to replace the camera. They told me that the camera was working within manufacture specs. You could not drive this car in the sun at all without the camera malfunctioning; great specs apparently. Finally had to get an attorney involved, took almost a year to finally get the camera replaced and lo and behold no more malfunctions. I will continue my lawsuit against Camelback Toyota and Toyota mothership for making me drive a new car for a year that didn’t work. Will never buy from Camelback Toyota again; they completely failed in helping their customer. More

Little communication throughout the process, had vehicle all day performed no service and I had to call to find out my car was ready. Came in for an oil change. I also asked for a quote to get my headlights replaced. Asked twice!
