My battery terminals were corroded quite extensively to the point you could not read a charge and instead of cleaning them like they should have as my battery is at 100% when tested independently they just the point you could not read a charge and instead of cleaning them like they should have as my battery is at 100% when tested independently they just told me I needed a new battery(which again is at 100%)). A big shout out to another Toyota dealership for doing the job PROPERLY! I will NOT BE returning to Camelback Toyota again even for the Zac Tek they sold me on! Camelback Toyota apparently does not care about their customers and just want to sell unneeded parts. Shame on them More

I am 68 years old and had innumerable service experiences and this was by far the worst I have ever experienced. Noah my service advisor did a horrible job of setting expectations and managing them. I will never set foot in that dealership again unless it is a meeting with upper management to discuss this issue. More
