We came in for our services- tire rotation and oil change. The time frame was great, 2 hours with appointment. However, when we left - our car had no hub cap. Cammeron and the manager said they will r change. The time frame was great, 2 hours with appointment. However, when we left - our car had no hub cap. Cammeron and the manager said they will replace it for us since Camelback Toyota was the last to touch the car. He did say hmm weird idk how that could have happened. I’m also curious how it could happen when the hub cap gets put on before the bolts of the tire. So- they just put the tire back, no cap, and let us drive off.. it could not have fallen off, it’s not clipped on. Anyway, buying the car was the worst experience and if you ask me all the incidents and inconveniences Camelback Toyota has given me in the last 9 months, you’d be grateful I didn’t post any other review but this.. Horse was rude when he called about what my car needed done. Then I called Saturday to see if my car was ready they transferred me went to voicemail.
