Service writer always good but, sometimes your mechanics in the background are making unpleasant mistakes. Some of them are young duds so please , train them more. We were misled & lied to. Mislead when our appointment was at 10'30, this implies the service of our vehicle is to begin @ 10:30. We showed up @ 9:45 & were told that it would Mislead when our appointment was at 10'30, this implies the service of our vehicle is to begin @ 10:30. We showed up @ 9:45 & were told that it would be serviced right away, should be done in 2-3 hrs. We returned 3 hours later, to find the service hasn't yet begun.The only reason not one star is because we had an air condition place to wait with free coffee, tea, water. More
