They put the sticker on my windshield that determines my next oil change!! However this is the third time I have brought my vechile from apache junction to Phoenix, for them to tell me it's not approved! Th next oil change!! Service person was unable to explain what resolution of recall involved. Service person did not hesitate to upsell me unneeded services and products in spite of this. Service person failed to say a simple recall involved. Service person did not hesitate to upsell me unneeded services and products in spite of this. Service person failed to say a simple thank you. Finally, service person delivered vehicle back to me with wax writing on windshield without cleaning it off. I do not trust this dealership, nor do I believe anything they tell me. When I suggested dealer might consider comping the oil change in exchange for the trouble I had to go through because of the recall of Toyota’s defective product, they brought a manager over to inform me of what a great favor they were doing for me by repairing Toyota’s recalled defective product for free. Seriously??? How insulting. More
