Poor communication regarding service. 3% credit card charge was not disclosed until time of payment. Camelback Toyota ha regularly serviced our RAV4 since it was new. While everyone that helped us was pleasant, Peter Nguyen stands out. On a previous visit, he worked with me to help me afford the recommende was new. While everyone that helped us was pleasant, Peter Nguyen stands out. On a previous visit, he worked with me to help me afford the recommended repairs by explaining the results of the inspection and developing a strategy to fit my budget. Peter is the only service advisor I've asked for by name and I'd be hard-pressed to trust my Toyota to anyone else. More
