Camelback Toyota - Service Center

The person in the service dept responsible for getting my car detailed did not communicate with me, timely, regarding when my car would be ready. When I arrived to pickup my car he was no where around and an car detailed did not communicate with me, timely, regarding when my car would be ready. When I arrived to pickup my car he was no where around and another toyota staff had to call to let him know there were customers waiting in his office. This is not the customer service that I have experienced at Camelback Toyota in the past. More
