What makes it predatory is that the advised services will be covered under the 15K or 30K service. Just yesterday, I declined over $1000 in advised services because I was aware of the scam. Take your Toyota somewhere else for service. This Service department at this dealership is very shady and uses tactics to rip-off the consumer. Yesterday my oil change cost me $160. A oil change at other dealers is appr $80. Goodbye Toyota, I pickup my new Infiniti tomorrow. And I made this decision because Toyota Service is even sleazier than buying at a Toyota dealership.
