The team is customer friendly! ! However, the service approach is predatory and consistently advises customers of extra services that are not needed. What makes it predatory is th ! What makes it predatory is that the advised services will be covered under the 15K or 30K service. Just yesterday, I declined over $1000 in advised services because I was aware of the scam. Take your Toyota somewhere else for service. This Service department at this dealership is very shady and uses tactics to rip-off the consumer. Yesterday my oil change cost me $160. A oil change at other dealers is appr $80. Goodbye Toyota, I pickup my new Infiniti tomorrow. And I made this decision because Toyota Service is even sleazier than buying at a Toyota dealership. I scheduled my appointment in the morning for 3;30. I arrived an hour early. Noah was my service advisor. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I was in and out in 95 minutes.
