I made an appt and when I arrived Lee was waiting and he explained everything in easy terms and gave some recommendations too. I went to the waiting area which is spacious and has a resturant and play area explained everything in easy terms and gave some recommendations too. Always loved the service department until I received a recommendation for immediate services needed. Trying to upsell me all those services is crazy as I only have 47,000 miles on my car and another mecha recommendation for immediate services needed. After two visits in two weeks I found the service reps I dealt with were not of the calibre of the service people I have dealt with over the many years I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Camelback Toyota. The first visit about 2-3 weeks ago I was passed off to an elderly female service rep who was extremely pushy, trying to get me to get services I was not interested in. I told her I just wanted an oil change, period. She totally disregarded me and kept pushing other services. Not someone I want to deal with ever again. The second time was last week when I dealt with someone named Mauro. He was courteous and efficient throughout the process until it came time to check out. I had been there for over three hours waiting for a windshield to be replaced. He texted me when the install was finished and I walked back to his desk. When I got back there he told me he had a quick check in to do with another customer and I said fine. He then went out to talk to that customer the brought her back to his desk and proceeded to have a discussion with her that lasted at least 10-15 minutes. When he finished with her her finally had my truck brought up, had me sign some paperwork and I was on my way. My interaction with him took less than one minute. I feel he could have asked the other customer to wait one minute while he gave me my keys and paperwork. I will be looking for another dealership in the future. More

Sales guy was awesome. But someone lost the second key and I had to wait a month to get a new one. Then Andre left me waiting when my car was actually done.
