I had a very pleasant car buying experience. Gil Diaz was awesome and patient with me. He knew I was unsure about which direction I wanted to go with my purchase and graciously went on 3 test dr Gil Diaz was awesome and patient with me. He knew I was unsure about which direction I wanted to go with my purchase and graciously went on 3 test drives with me before I made my final choice. The process after that went smoothly and I felt that my concerns were being addressed directly as opposed to conversations being directed to the man that came with me, which was my previous experience. I was not treated unfairly or taken advantage of because I am a woman which spoke high volumes about the integrity of the entire staff that I worked with. Typically, agreements reached with sales end up going south when moving on to finance. This was not the case. The transition was smooth and Michael Gagne in finance was awesome to work with. I hadn’t purchased a vehicle in a very long time and was pleasantly surprised at how great it went. I highly recommend shopping at Camelback Toyota, and working with Gil Diaz if you are looking to purchase new or used. More
