No concern for customer. I live over an hour away and I have to wait. When I got there and they found out I was a waiter they said 4 or more hours but would try to get done sooner. They made sure it was a full 4 hours because I complained and asked to speak with a manager. Over 7 hours total with travel on that second visit. LMH Toyota is a much better customer experience. When I brought my new car in for its first 5K service, my concerns with new car were blown off. So sorry that I purchased my two new vehicles' here. You are so big you think you can treat customers poorly. Too arrogant! More
