I took my truck in to have the window motor replaced. When it was returned the polarity on the window was reversed and I had to bring it back. They fixed that but then the window was off track. When I took it back again they told me I needed to pay an additional 500.00 to replace the regulator. I was told the motor and regulator are usually recommended to be replaced at the same time and they didn’t know why both weren’t recommended. We said the window has never done this until now and then we were told that the supervisor had seen the window off track and already knew about the problem before the vehicle was returned to us. We asked why we wouldn’t have been notified and didn’t get a clear answer. We again left and realized the door panel was now cracked. Again we returned to the dealership. We were told it wasn’t there fault that there was a crack because the truck is old and there may have been a hairline crack before they got it. They offered to repair the panel and regulator at cost but because we are selling the truck on Sunday there is nothing they can do. I brought my truck in for one issue and am left with two new problems. More
