My service experience was not great. Andre is not a people person. First contact to last was not great. I had my Running boards installed from trade in to new truck. Something was splashed all over them. Not a big deal I’ll wash them myself but I would have expected more. Had questions about my charging pad because it wasn’t working for me. Andre’s response well tech said it’s working. They have problems all the time bad design.i will not use Andre in the future due his attitude. I had an appointment at 3:30 and waited 45 minutes for someone to check me in. Jorge said no one called him over the walkie talkies but in fact someone did right in front of me. When I made the appointment I marked that I will be leaving property and told him I'm leaving. He did not make me aware that the mechanic closes at 6. He calls me at 5:52 to tell me my car is finished, and hung up immediately before I can even ask a question. I arrived to pick my car up at 6:30-6:45 to find out it was closed. I went to the front desk and she did not have my keys. She called Jorge and he told her 'she did not let me know she was coming after hours' but he never told me the hours. I was under the impression I had until the dealership closes at 9. I had to be there for an extra 15-20 minutes waiting for the front desk lady to get into his locked office to get my keys. I’m not someone to complain but this service was so bad. I will not be coming back to this Toyota More
