Hi I have been a loyal customer for the last 5-6 years and I am baffled at the appointment I had yesterday . I had a regular 55,000 mile service and when I got my car back there was a large crack across t and I am baffled at the appointment I had yesterday . I had a regular 55,000 mile service and when I got my car back there was a large crack across the windshield. I immediately had my service advisor come back out before leaving the property and he had never had this issue so had to contact a manager . I was told that there was nothing they could do and there was probably already a crack there.(which is xxxxxxxx!) there is literally a small area where glass was chipped out like a tool was dropped on the windshield and the crack spreads from there across the windshield . So let’s say you guys didn’t break it and there was a crack (which there wasn’t) it would have only spread not cracked or chipped out some glass . I just cannot believe that you guys did not just replace it immediately no hassle . I instead have had to go out of my way for your guys xxxx up. I hope to hear from someone there to fix the issue immediately and take responsibility for your employees mistake . I understand things happen but it should be immediately fixed as the customer is clearly NOT AT FAULT. I will NOT be returning to you guys if this issue is not resolved. I’ve never had such a bad experience with an actual dealer only cheap shops . More
