Camelback Toyota - Service Center

I am extremely disappointed in this dealership. I went in for a routine oil change, and then feel pressured into doing services that are unnecessary. On top of that, we I went to pay my invoice, th I went in for a routine oil change, and then feel pressured into doing services that are unnecessary. On top of that, we I went to pay my invoice, they informed me that there is a 3% charge for using a credit card. I have been using this dealership for 7 years, and never have been charged a fee for using a credit card. I would think after spending $100.00 for an oil change, that they profit margin could incur the credit card fee. As I told the service representative, I will not be back to this dealership. More
