I took my 2024 Camry in for its third service a few weeks ago. Approximately five days later I noticed my car was leaking oil. When I opened the hood, the oil cap was completely off the top of the tank. Obvi ago. Approximately five days later I noticed my car was leaking oil. When I opened the hood, the oil cap was completely off the top of the tank. Obviously the cap was not replaced properly which I find disconcerting. I called Camelback and requested a manager to call me back. After waiting two days, I had to call the dealership again. I talked to a manager, who apologized, and scheduled an appointment. The dealership did rectify the issue ( oil change, cleaned the engine, etc). I do appreciate Camelback Toyota readily performing these services, but when a cap is not replaced properly, it does not inspire confidence. More
The guy helping me was awesome! But I waited 4 hours just to see what was wrong with my car. Then presented with a $2000 + estimate and my car is running great. I am not impressed! So I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008 when I bought my scion TC. And then I came back in 2018. I bought my preowned TD sport Tacoma. How about 10% back once in a while for long-term customers. I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else for maintenance so… give me a hat, or a keychain or that cloth you can use to clean the inside of your windshield. More
