"They fumbled the ball but scored a touchdown"

My 2003 Subaru Baja needed a new taillight after I had backed into a flatbed trailer. Dalton in the parts department got right on it, set up getting it painted only to find out, whoops, wrong part!. After two trips to the dealer to sort this out, Grant in the Service area offered to stop by my house on his way home from work to install the correct part instead of me having to chance another road trip to the dealer with a busted taillight -- and a possible ticket. New part works and looks great. I'm very pleased with the spirit and service of Camelback Subaru. This place is the best.

"Great service"

Camelback Subaru has a great service department. The waiting room is pleasant to sit in and they come and get you when your vehicle is ready. Not only do they repair your vehicle efficiently but they are very pleasant and wash your vehicle before you leave. I like my Subaru a lot. However, the gas mileage is disappointing. Even on a trip I only get 26 miles/gallon.

"AVOID THIS DEALER"

Todd hayes service manager needs to be replaced. I had some work done and I had some concerns with the way some stuff was put back together. So asked Todd after his service advisor tried to give me the run around. Would you have touched this part during my last repairs because it just flew off on the freeway. His response maybe I did maybe I didn't but you can't prove it. Sorry buddy but I did prove it to subaru. They ended up paying for your mistakes. The same one i was trying to explain to you when you walked away from me in middle of conversation. Manager please. Berkshire Hathaway group needs to step in and see your bad for business. Go to peoria subaru or Chandler superstore they are way nicer and treat people way better. Trust me I've been to all three this one is the worst. I've never seen this kinda shady service at any dealer. And I currently use 3 different car dealers to maintain my cars. This dealer sucks.

"Saturday maintenance"

Went in to get oil change and they did that and actually changed brake fluid. For an expensive fee... but wanted a couple rattles that I have had since day 1 fixed and they couldn't do it Saturday. I'm a busy person and have difficulty getting car in during week. Do things on Saturday guys. Thank you

"excellent service/dependable, honest first rate auto care em"

I wrote this review because i generally trust the recommendations i get at this dealership. i purchased my car here as the dealership was closing for the evening. after shopping all day test driving different cars and watching the salesmen and how much time they were willing to take to answer my questions and explain the vehicle to me, i knew this mazda dealership was the place for me. incidentally, all the other various car dealerships called me the next day asking me to come back in and talk with them. when it was convenient for them, not me. i closed this deal pretty late that night, not really negotiating price, but asking more about the warranty and the features available on the cx-5 crossover. i never have for one minute regretted this purchase. Who knew I would actually find Iian, your service manager my go to for any thing my car needs. thank you for giving me, the peace of mind in knowing mazda feels they are there to help me, not that i am there to help them. i recommend your cars and your dealership to everyone i meet. i don't think people believe me. i've bought a lot of cars, even drove a benz for many years. mazdas are more fun. can't we all use a little more fun? thank you mazda.
