Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. For starters, communication is huge and I do sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from my team regarding your vehicle's repairs. This is an issue as no guest should feel ignored, for that I truly do apologize. We managed to repair your check engine light with your approval and the only hold up we had was really getting your door seal. We ran into many of issues trying to obtain the correct door seal for your vehicle. This vehicle is a bit older and Ford simply only creates factory parts for so long. Please don't think for a second your vehicle was just left here with no repair in mind. I hope you can forgive my teams lack of communication and give Campbell Ford another shot.
