Bill was excellent to work with, he is easy going and very respectful of our time. He answered each of our questions quickly and effectively. When we went to sing for the vehicle, we not only signed paperwork, but also we’re given a tour of the car, had help connecting our cell phones all in about ONE hour!! Initial customer service was superb. The team stayed late on a weekday to finalize all my paperwork so that I could drive off in my new vehicle that day. The next day, the vehicle leaked all the oil from the on a weekday to finalize all my paperwork so that I could drive off in my new vehicle that day. The next day, the vehicle leaked all the oil from the engine due to the fact that they did not put the drain plug on properly. 5 months later I noticed there was damage on the top of the vehicle that caused rust to the frame. This was not called out during the sale of the vehicle and photos of the day of sale confirm that the damage was done prior to my purchase. I called the dealer and kindly asked them to repair and was told it wasn’t their problem since it was so far from purchase. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and because of their ignorance, incompetence and intensely poor customer service, they will no longer see any business from me. Very disappointed...
