I was not happy with the following: A week previous to "The Works Service", I called the service dept. twice and left two messages with my phone number and there was no return call. I was concerned becau "The Works Service", I called the service dept. twice and left two messages with my phone number and there was no return call. I was concerned because of the alert on the Escape's screen and wanted some information. After the oil change, I checked to see if the service person has reset the oil %, which he didn't. I told Colin Daly and he reset the oil % to 1005. When I arrived at home I noticed that after the tire rotation one of the value caps was missing on one tire. I am not sure I will return here for service again or come back should I decide to by another Ford. More
