Our experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. Chad, our salesman was honest and delivered on everything he said. Chad was excellent, unfortunately the vehicle I bought was supposed to have been inspected but in less than a week an item they said was inspected failed. All the mechanics I showed a picture to said ther was supposed to have been inspected but in less than a week an item they said was inspected failed. All the mechanics I showed a picture to said there was no way that particular part had been inspected. The failed part stranded my daughter an hour away. Luckily I was able to go fix it. I called the service dept to ask if that part had really been inspected and the person assured me it had. Now since I can’t trust what they told me was inspected, I will inspect what I can and spend even more money to have a trusted mechanic do a proper inspection. Update, Chad my salesperson went to bat for me with the manager and they have agreed to pay for the battery I had to get. Ratings updated to show the latest. More
