Very poor communication. No sense of urgency to answer my questions. Felt like he was avoiding my calls. Alluded to my car not being his priority at the time. Scheduled our appointment at 8 am, but by 4pm that day had not begun identifying the problem that we brought it in for. Kept the car another day with little to no information provided to us. Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. We bought this car there because of the amazing customer service that we had back in 2019/2020 with repairs on our old car. Totally changed now. May have to consider going elsewhere next time. More

Stopped by mid-morning on a Friday with a screw in my tire, Jacob worked me in, it took awhile but the tire was fixed and I was on my way. Just GREAT service with people that care.
