Their auto department doesn’t know how to fix the car they sold to me. I ask for a simple light change because I didn’t have my tools to do it and told me it would be a 2 hour job and $300 to change the they sold to me. Do not recommend getting anything fixed at this place. More

Had to buy new lug nuts because they were apparently swelling. According to Ford in the lawsuit against them, the lug nut “swelling” is caused by dealerships using the wrong tools to remove and replace swelling. I have watched one of the techs at the dealership using an impact wrench to r&r my wheels. This is a good example of not using the right tool. I am displeased that I had to spend $120 plus tax to replace parts that the dealership damaged. Going forward, I will insist the dealership replace parts they damaged due to improper tool usage. More

took truck in for engine light, rough running , stalling , still under warranty - -told my oil was a little low, and my responsibility, and that was the problem, charged me $225 - left dealership, within 1 , still under warranty - -told my oil was a little low, and my responsibility, and that was the problem, charged me $225 - left dealership, within 1/4 mile light back on , same symptoms- have to loose truck for another day next week . clearly not the cause, still out $225 for qt of oil not needed - told they would adjust price when I come back in ---- they were polite , just didn't fix problem- I don't believe tech did complete job to verify fix . I always feel like a VIP when bringing my car to this dealership. Scott and Tony treat me like a queen. They even loaned me a car while mine was being fixed and brought my car to me when it was done!
