My wife and I went to Campbell Ford to have "The Works" done to our 2016 Edge. While waiting, I went over to talk to Carl Gilbert. We had no intention to buy a new car, our blue Edge was still doing it's done to our 2016 Edge. While waiting, I went over to talk to Carl Gilbert. We had no intention to buy a new car, our blue Edge was still doing it's job for us very well. I just wanted to talk about "The good old days -- horn rings, 28 cent gasoline, pump $1.00 worth and drain the hose (that would last the evening), the ol flat head V8-60,s, then the "Y" blocks and the "come over darling seats" (make a hard right turn with smooth seat covers and no center console). Anyhow Carl mentioned that we qualified for some Ford incentives and discounts. Again, I wasn't thee to buy a new car, but the numbers he came up with perked my interest. He would change the year, the color, cancel "The Work" order, add sunroof, add a few features to help prevent a crash, all for only $11.16 more a month than our present monthly payments AN OFFER THAT I COULDN'T REFUSE. So that nice Bill Fletcher had me sigh about 20 times and said we could go and enjoy our new Edge. Carl helped us move our "stuff" from the 2016 to the new Edge and we drove home with smiles on our faces. Thank you Carl, for a wonderful experience. (I think he even made it quit raining). My wife and I went to Campbell to have our Edge serviced. I saw Carl Gilbert was there so I went over to talk about cars in general and what was happening in the auto world. He told me about all the new fe I saw Carl Gilbert was there so I went over to talk about cars in general and what was happening in the auto world. He told me about all the new features in the new Edge models. He researched for the discounts that were available for me, assessed my 2016, ran the numbers and it turned out he could put us in a 2020 edge with just about the same monthly payment. We didn't intend to buy a new car that day, but after Carl explained all the advantages, we drove the 2020 home. We were very happy with the deal Carl made for us. It turned out to be a very wonderful "service" trip. Thank you Carl, Bill Fletcher and all the other pleasant people at Campbell. You made the sun shine thru the rain. Joe and Shirley Kruppa More

there service sucks and will never take another one of my cars or trucks there ever again, have work done and few days later something else goes wrong and this is not the first time shady xxxx like this has cars or trucks there ever again, have work done and few days later something else goes wrong and this is not the first time shady xxxx like this has happened to me in the past, charge me a 135.00 dollars to tell me what i told them water pump leaking which i believe was leaking when it was in the shop for warranty work oct 5 2020 and then a few days later take it back for pump leak and of course no warranty and wanted to charge 3900.00 dollars what rip off shop this place is they know that xxxxing thing was leaking when it was in the shop for the other warranty work bunch of xxxxing rip offs they ripped me off for the 135.00 dollars they charged me and when they had it they drove the car around 5 miles knowing it was back for a coolant leak i had the xxxxing car towed in for the leak and then they drive it 3with the leak bunch of dump xxxxx rip off crooks that is all they are good for More
