I purchased a new Ram Warlock. I drove four hours to get to the dealership. I brought my kindle as in my past auto purchasing history, (I'm 68), it has always taken hours to get I drove four hours to get to the dealership. Even though the purchase was conducted almost totally electronically, everything went through perfectly. Insurance cards, plate transfer, rack transfer from my trade to the new truck; No Waiting, not a hitch in the whole process. Perfect. More

The sales rep at Canandaigua told me it’s a policy to start at $2,000+ above MSRP “because of market conditions.” I told him that’s dealership discretion, greed, and that I look forward to sharing in the start at $2,000+ above MSRP “because of market conditions.” I told him that’s dealership discretion, greed, and that I look forward to sharing in the community that Canandaigua CDJR’s owners are grifting their customers. Grifting means “engaging in petty or small-scale swindling.” There are multiple Jeep dealers in the area that don’t charge over MSRP. The sales rep didn’t like being put in this uncomfortable position. He said “this is your 1st warning…never contact me again.” For an industry that thrives on getting the customer to come in to the dealership so they can put you in an uncomfortable position, it was very strange to see a professional be so dramatic when called out on their lack of integrity - especially electronically, where the customer can share the transcript with the world! Canandaigua CDJR are not the kind of people you want to do business with. Happy car shopping everyone! More

Dropped my 2013 Challenger off on a sunday ( after being in a car show) so that they could start on it first thing monday morning. After being told at 11 :30 and 2:30 that my car was next, I finally rece in a car show) so that they could start on it first thing monday morning. After being told at 11 :30 and 2:30 that my car was next, I finally received a call at 4:30 saying that they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. The sales manager said that it was too late to put my car back together that night but he would call me the next day when it was ready. After waiting all day for him to call me I called them at 5:00 and was told that the service dept. was closed. I stated that I didn't care and was coming to get my car. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my car!!! As I said, I dropped my car off on Sunday after being in a car show. IT WAS SPOTLESS!!!! My car was covered in dirt and bug guts and there was 24 more miles on the odometer than when I dropped it off. Somebody obviously took it for a joy ride. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I would strongly suggest you don't either. More
