Simply the best. I went online, contacted places via the internet and also via phone. I dealt with people at Ira Toyota, Jaffarian Toyota, Herb Chambers, Boch, and Woburn Toyota. No one could match Rockingham in terms of price and lack of hassle. There was no pressure and no reason to haggle - they started me off with a great price, one I couldn't get from others after wasting lots of time. None of the - "I'll have to ask my manager" or pressuring me to make a decision or give them a deposit. In addition, Robert Lasher in finance got me a great loan rate, saving me over $500 in interest from my credit union. He was also a no-pressure, no hassle guy. Because we were from Mass. he coordinated with our insurance agent and did everything so we could register the car. Finally, Chris Prescott was outstanding. After the car was bought and we were done with financing, he could have gone home as he was done for the day. Instead he stayed an hour with my wife and I, going over every detail of the car and how to operate the navigation system, and then she went home and he introduced me to the parts and service people and made sure all my questions were answered. He even programmed the bluetooth connection for my phone before I drove off. He could not have been nicer or more patient. You can't find people like this at Ira or Boch or Herb Chambers....i don't know why. I've bought cars where I felt I paid too much and it bugged me every time I'd step in the car. We saw an ad for a 2005 Scion that we were interested in. We called to make sure they had it and they did and we made an appointment to see it. After arriving it took ages for them to bring the car around and when they did they said there was a problem with the title and tried to persuade us to look at a brand new Scion. When we said we weren't interested the used car sales manager came over and told us they had lost the title to the 2005. That it had probably accidentally been shredded. Either they were lying and just using that car which was advertised on their website and autotrader to pull in people and then try to get them to buy a new car or they are just unorganized and incompetent. Also the car which was supposed to be certified pre-owned was dirty inside and out and smelled. More

Early on a cold wintry morning I was driving to work and my gas gauge was on empty. My Son used the Infinity the night before and left it on empty so I limped up the road to the Mobil station in hopes of n my gas gauge was on empty. As I approached Rockingham Toyota the car started kicking and coughing in desperate need of fuel. The only thing I could do was pull into the lot where a crew was clearing and cleaning for the start of business. Now I pulled in and said to myself "if I can get anyone to help me it would be a miracle”. I got out of the Car and approached Tim and I think his name is Brian and told them of my plight. Tim jumped out of the truck got a gas can and put fuel in the tank of my car. I offered them both cash and they refused politely as they continued to assist me stating helping me was not only part of the job but their nature. It’s not often people help people without compensation but these Men stood apart and went the extra mile. I bought my Avalon here but they never knew that, they just did the right thing of which I am grateful.
