First time customer at Cape Coral CDJR. I called ahead to drop off my truck. When I arrived there was someone working as, what appeared to me to be, a valet. Be could not be bothered to I called ahead to drop off my truck. When I arrived there was someone working as, what appeared to me to be, a valet. Be could not be bothered to put his phone down, he seemed lost, and not sure what his job was. After about 5 minutes Lisa Millspaugh approached and asked what I was dropping my vehicle off for. My visit got better from there. The Lyft home was a nice touch. More

Never have had any issues when getting my Ram serviced. They have also done some warranty repairs in the past which turned out very well.
