There were a couple good things but mostly offsetting. The sales lady was a bit over the top and aggressive with tasks of the sales process that we feel benefited her more than us. A couple of times when The sales lady was a bit over the top and aggressive with tasks of the sales process that we feel benefited her more than us. A couple of times when we asked questions, she became very defensive and borderline argumentative.. The sales manager, however, was very easy to work with, understood our questions and worked very hard to secure a deal that was beneficial for both parties. The finance lady started out semi pleasant until I rejected the warranties. Then it was a light switch, she was very curt and snappy with the cashier over a tag confusion that had nothing to do with the cashier. More

I bought a Dodge Hornet from Carolina a couple of months back, and she was great-helped me with everything and made the whole purchase smooth. Later on, the car had some issues, and dealing with service tur back, and she was great-helped me with everything and made the whole purchase smooth. Later on, the car had some issues, and dealing with service turned into a bit of a problem. Carolina really stepped in, interceded on my behalf, and got the whole thing taken care of.
