I take it in for something that was already worked on and I get charged again to look at it, I spent over $2000 on a problem that still ex follow up. I called back and spoke with Carlos who told me to bring my car to another dealer and be put on a waiting list. I brought my car to a private body shop and I am having the repair done also having to pay for a rental. As of today am still waiting for the callback from a manager .
