At 11 I got text message service completed, adviser will contact me for pick up. At 12.15 I was looking for my service adviser. Nowhere to be found. A cashier saw me searching and found him. So sorry, they are not yet done with the car waiting for a part. Coming from NAPA, 5 min away and car will be ready in 15 min. An hour later at 1.15 my car was finally ready for pick up. This was poor information and performance.?? More
