The automated telephone system is a mess! It's very frustrating and difficult to get connected to the proper person or you end up in a loop without connecting to no one! Lisa had given me her personal number for calls and texts once she got involved - She always responds and follows up - However our problem still exists with the vehicle throwing a service (wrench) code on a fairly regular basis, even after the latest software download a few weeks ago. The interesting thing is that the service code resets itself after turning the vehicle off-on again. * This condition occurs every 3-5 days at random * More

Yes can Homer give us a call! !!!!! We been leaving multiple voicemails for him to call us so we can cancel our gap coverage…… You know you guys give really poor service after the !!!!! There’s been a recall on my truck for quite some time now and we even made an appointment and nobody could find the time to check in our vehicle for at least 45 minutes!!!!! Even two guys said they would let you guys know we are here and still ! NOBODY FOUND THE TIME TO COME OUT!!!!!can you at least find the time to call and cancel our gap coverage????? More
