Got our oil changed there. 5 days later the Jeep was making all sorts of noise. We had no oil in the vehicle and had to be towed in. The service department said there was a piece of the old oil filter still left when they screwed on the new filter and so we did not have a good seal and the oil leaked out. We’re still waiting for our tow reimbursement that Ron said we would get. I’m hoping that no permanent damage was done to our 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Maybe you guys need some more reliable oil change techs. More

I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced there twice. Both times I was charged for unnecessary service. My first visit was to replace a dead auxiliary battery. That problem was corrected. However, Both times I was charged for unnecessary service. My first visit was to replace a dead auxiliary battery. That problem was corrected. However, they also replaced my front headlight. There was less than 8,000 miles on the vehicle and the headlight was fine when I drove it in. To make matters worse I received a courtesy call from the dealer before battery replacement saying all safety features checked out. Not sure why between that call and the replacement of the auxiliary battery a headlight mysteriously failed. My second visit was a few months later after the auxiliary battery replacement was completed. The auto start/stop was not working. Possible problem can be with the aux. battery. Therefore, I put the vehicle on trickle charge. That did not correct the stop/start error. I called the dealership in the afternoon to check on the status of my vehicle and was told they were just pulling it in and someone will be calling me shorty. Within an hour I received a call and said repairs are complete and it will cost me over $300.00. It was communicated to me that I should understand because the technician had to road test, check all connections and put it on charge. They did flash the vehicle but that was covered under warranty. All services performed in under an hour and sent me away with a $300.00 bill. I paid the bill without dispute. I will not be using this dealership anymore. More
