Javier was awesome. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and I really appreciate his efforts. However, the Hispanic woman and the check out desk was rude and had a very condescending tone when I asked needs and I really appreciate his efforts. I felt prejudiced because of my skin color and had I looked like someone else, she would have treated me with more dignity and respect. After reaching a deal one day and returning the second day to pay and pick up the unit, the deal changed by the dealership. Only after leaving without buying the agreed upon unit, and being miles away, v day to pay and pick up the unit, the deal changed by the dealership. Only after leaving without buying the agreed upon unit, and being miles away, via a phone call from C.J. the first deal was returned. If the unit had of been available at another dealership, I would have not returned, however, I returned and went through with the purchase. Still, I find the management here very disrespectful of buyers time, and I will never return here for service or to buy anything else!!!! More
