I was able to order my replacement key in advance. When I arrived at the dealership I was welcomed, and advised that programming the new key would take about an hour or less. I walked into CDJR on August 24,2022 to have service on my Ram pickup. I was upset due to the noise I was hearing from it. While I sat in the lobby waiting Mr Wisler noticed my frustration and asked if he my Ram pickup. I was upset due to the noise I was hearing from it. While I sat in the lobby waiting Mr Wisler noticed my frustration and asked if he could be of help. I said yes I wish I had a new truck. Mr Wisler then asked if he could show me a couple of Rams that I might be interested in. OMG, I never thought he would go out of his way to walk the lot with me and show me ALL of the Rams similar to mine. Mr Wisler was so patient with me even through my frustration. He then asked if I had a preference and I told him that I love my Ram, I just wish I had a brand new Ram. Mr Wisler said I have just the one for you. We walked a little further and there it was MY RAM but brand new! I immediately said YES, I WANT THIS ONE. Mr Wisler smiled to see my frustration gone. Once we started the paperwork Mr Wisler went above and beyond to make me feel like family. I'm so grateful that he did not pass me by while I sat in the lobby. Service advisor Bishoy and his service crew were very knowledgeable and professional in the servicing of my vehicle.
