The Sales Manager negotiated the final price assertively, but fairly. I felt like I got a good deal. Finally, Madison in the Finance office was a pleasure to work with. I’ve bought & sold dozens of cars in my lifetime and she made the finance process the smoothest, most painless experience I have ever had. (she’s hilarious too!) Overall, my experience at Cape Coral Dodge was excellent. If you’re in the market for a new or used car, save yourself the trouble and just shop here first. You’ll be glad you did! More

Service engine light came on due to a fan issue, turns out it was for a recall. They were able to schedule me for the next day. I dropped my car off later in the day and they checked my car in and told m out it was for a recall. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The service rep I met with contacted me the next morning that they needed to order the part and my car would be done the following day. I was contacted the next day by the service representative that they received the piece and my car would be done shortly. I was informed of some maintenance things that could be done if I wanted, and was sent a list as well as prices on these things which I declined at the time of service. It was so refreshing to not be given the sales pitch and feeling pressured to get things done to my vehicle that were not the presenting issue. I was able to pick my car up later in the day. Quick and efficient process. I would absolutely utilize this dealership for service again. More

Came for a airbag service light. They had to do some updates to fix it. Problem seems taken care of, unfortunately I had to wait for almost 4 hours for it to be taken care of.
