Service Repair Cost more than expected Went in to have my front headlamp replaced for my RAM 1500 and was quoted $500 for the headlamp. so I gave the ok to have them order it and to install Went in to have my front headlamp replaced for my RAM 1500 and was quoted $500 for the headlamp. so I gave the ok to have them order it and to install it. Brought the vehicle in a few days later to complete the service and when the work was done my bill was over $800. I was charged $525 for the headlamp, labor which was expected and then a $59.60 shop fee which was never disclosed to me when making the appointment. When asked what this charge is for I was told miscellaneous shop supplies so when I asked what miscellaneous supplies were used to swap out my headlamp the service rep said nothing. Lesson learned to support the small local businesses in the future. More

Customer Service I think overall the dealership’s service department personnel is friendly and responsive. My problem is that I had brought my Jeep in a nearly a week I think overall the dealership’s service department personnel is friendly and responsive. My problem is that I had brought my Jeep in a nearly a week before because the battery wasn’t holding a charge and waited just over 3 hours only for them to tell me that there was nothing wrong with battery or alternator. I had mentioned that I was all alone because my husband was out of town and I had already had to ask the neighbors to borrow their car and also had to request them to come and jump the Jeep just after I left the dealership I was without a car after that for 3 more days because I didn’t trust that the Jeep would start without being on charger all night. Longer ..story ...shortened when my husband returned we brought it back only to find out that it was indeed the battery and they replaced it. Its unfortunate that this was not caught the first time but once we took it back things happened very quickly and again the staff was very kind. I would definitely go back again because I think overall they mean well. More

I was not happy about receiving a coupon in the mail for oil changes with the name of the dealership on the bottom but being unable to get that price when I got there and no one being able to answer my questions. I called Galeana Chrysler Dodge and they let me purchase from them by phone so that it would be good before my vehicle was done. I don't know if it is poor training or something that the dealership needs to find out how to facilitate. Overall this visit was not unpleasant just frustrating. More
