June Maintenance Maintenance requested was an oil change which was done quickly. Issue arose when at home I noticed a maintenance item (brake fluid) was highlighted as Maintenance requested was an oil change which was done quickly. Issue arose when at home I noticed a maintenance item (brake fluid) was highlighted as needing immediate attention, also it was not clear as to why it required attention - I would have thought that this would have been brought to my attention before I picked the car up so that it could be addressed then? As a result I had to make another appointment and bring the car back again which was not very convenient. I have had other work done at this location but without any issues. I will continue to have my vehicle maintained here but will have to review the paperwork in much more detail. Improved communications would go a long way to help insure I know what is going on with the vehicle. More

Work performed was 12V battery check, upon return vehicle was washed and charged as promised, but whoever the service person was didn't do a good job. The carpet needed to be removed for this service, it was not returned to its previous state and was bowed everywhere. I had to tuck it back in to the door sill and smoothen it out myself entirely. There were black marks from shoes or something else dirty on the kick plate which I needed to clean myself too. Again I'm very happy with the service advisor, but not with the actual work performed by the technician. More
